This floating fish feed machine is widely preferred by small or medium fish farms. It processes various grain materials into high-grade aquatic pellet feed for fishes, dogs, tortoises, frogs, shrimps, crabs, etc. The fish feed extruder machine has different molds, so the pellet size is adjustable according to your production needs. We also supply the fish feed puffing machine that fits well in large-scale fish farming and fish feed production.

Machine Functions:

1. The pellet size is from1mm to 12mm, fit for different fishes. Output pellet can be floating on the water within 12 Hours, not sink and not dispersing, which keeps water no polluting. After puffed feed pellet through high temperature will killing such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella, keep fish eat health food, keep fish easy to eat and digest, and make your fish growing fast.

2. We have different scales, the capacity from 30kgs to 2 tons (this is a production line) per hour.

We can also make new machines according to the clients’ different requirements.

3, wheat middling flour 15%, rice shell powder 10%, soybean meal 20%, rapeseed meal 16%, and cottonseed meal 8%, and corn meal 5%, fish meal 5%, flour 25%.

4, corn rice meal mixture 20%, flour 25%, bran 5%, soybean protein 20%, fish meal, rapeseed meal 16%, cottonseed meal 8%.

5, corn rice meal mixture 17%, flour 25%, bran 5%, soybean protein 20%, fish meal 9%, rapeseed meal 16%, cottonseed meal 8%.

6, corn rice meal mixture 11%, flour 25%, bran 5%, soybean protein 20%, fish meal 15%, rapeseed meal 16%, cottonseed meal 8%.

7, corn meal 52.8%, bran 22.5%, soybean meal 17.5%, fish meal 3.5%, bone powder 1.2%, trace element 1.5%.

Raw materials can be added to table salt, seasoning oil.

Moisture of raw material between 15%-18%.
